This Privacy Policy explains what information the Ad Mediation Platform ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our") collects from publishers who use our service, how it's used, and the limited circumstances in which it's shared. It applies to your use of the Platform as a registered publisher, not to end visitors of your website except where noted in Section 3.

1. Information We Collect

Ad-serving data	Ad request timestamps, ad slot, 2-letter country code (derived from IP via Cloudflare, the raw IP address itself is not stored against your account), and basic technical signals (like User-Agent) used only for bot/fraud detection
Support data	Support tickets and messages you submit

2. What We Do Not Collect

We do not collect or store detailed browsing history, individually identifiable visitor profiles, or precise location data of your website's visitors. Ad-serving records are used in aggregate for reporting (impressions, revenue, fill rate) and basic fraud detection, not to build profiles of individual end users.

3. Third-Party Ad Networks

When an ad is served on your website through the Platform, the winning advertising network may independently set its own cookies, use its own tracking technologies, or collect data from that ad impression according to its own privacy policy - which we do not control. This is standard across the online advertising industry. We do not disclose which specific network served any given impression (see our Terms of Service, Section 5), but you and your visitors remain subject to the data practices of whichever network's ad happens to load. If you require specifics for your own compliance purposes (e.g. a visitor-facing cookie notice), please note that your website may serve ads from multiple undisclosed networks and word your own privacy disclosures accordingly.

4. How We Use Your Information

To operate your account, run ad auctions on your approved sites, and calculate revenue
To detect and prevent invalid traffic, fraud, and abuse
To process payouts to the payment method you provide
To respond to support requests
To send in-app notifications and platform announcements (we do not send marketing emails)

5. How We Share Information

We share the minimum necessary information with:

Connected ad networks - aggregated ad request data (domain, slot, country) needed to run the auction and serve an ad. We do not share your name, email, or payment details with them.
Service providers - our hosting provider, strictly to operate the Platform's infrastructure.
Legal requirements - if required to comply with a valid legal process.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, under any circumstances.

6. Data Retention

Account and site information is retained for as long as your account is active. Ad request records are retained in aggregated, rolled-up form for historical reporting; raw event-level logs are retained only as long as needed for fraud review before being superseded by the aggregated data. You may request deletion of your account information by contacting support, subject to any records we're required to keep for financial or legal purposes (e.g. completed payout history).

7. Security

Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing (bcrypt) and are never visible to us in plain text, including in the admin panel. Access to the admin panel is restricted to authorized owner/support accounts, and sensitive administrative actions are logged for accountability.

8. Your Rights

You can view and update most of your account information directly from your dashboard (Profile, Payment Profile). For anything else - including data access or deletion requests - contact us through the Support Tickets section of your dashboard.

9. Children's Privacy

The Platform is intended for use by publishers who are adults capable of entering a binding agreement. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18 through publisher account registration.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated "Last updated" date.
