15five is seeking a highly driven and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving commercial success, building strong relationships with our customers, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive revenue growth and expansion within a defined portfolio of customers.
- Manage and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and goals to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive-level sponsors, to drive business outcomes and growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, partnerships, and strategic collaborations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market changes to inform go-to-market strategies and customer engagements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to drive business outcomes and deliver customer value.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in a sales leadership or strategic account management role, preferably in the HR technology or performance management space.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, expansion, and customer satisfaction in a B2B sales environment.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex sales data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, remote startup environment, with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
- Experience working with AI-powered sales tools and platforms, a plus.
