SME Sales Account Manager

Key Responsibilities
The SME Sales Account Manager will be instrumental in driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, deepening existing customer relationships, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders. This role is critical in achieving our sales objectives and building a scalable sales infrastructure.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships within the SME segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sales partners, internal teams, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Develop and manage sales pipelines, ensuring forecasting accuracy and maximizing sales potential.
- Collaborate with product teams to understand customer requirements and provide feedback to drive product development.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to stay up-to-date on industry developments and establish thought leadership.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, presentations, and proposals to stakeholders.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or additional certifications preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the cybersecurity industry or related fields.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and cloud-based sales platforms.
- Ability to travel regularly (up to 30%) within Japan and occasionally internationally.
