Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software components using modern technologies such as AI, machine learning, and cloud computing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and design, to drive product innovation and solve complex technical problems.
Mentor junior engineers, promote knowledge sharing, and contribute to the growth and development of the engineering team.

Requirements & Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience as a senior software engineer in a cloud-based tech startup, with a strong background in AI, machine learning, and software development.
Proven track record of successfully leading technical projects and teams, and contributing to the growth and development of high-performing teams.
Strong expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++, and experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
Experience with Agile development methodologies, DevOps practices, and version control systems such as Git.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and principles, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive technical innovation.
