Research Analyst --Data Operations

We're looking for a talented Research Analyst - Data Operations to help us further refine and optimize our cutting-edge talent data platform!

As a Research Analyst, you'll analyze and visualize large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, drive business growth, and enhance customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and correlations
• Develop and maintain visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights into product development and business strategies
• Collaborate with the data operations team to ensure seamless integration of data pipelines and analytics infrastructure
• Design and implement experiments to test hypotheses and inform data-driven decision making
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform data strategy and analytics innovation
• Develop and maintain high-quality documentation to support analytics and data operations processes

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in data analysis, scientific computing, or related field
• Proven track record in delivering data-driven insights and driving business impact
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib
• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and/or R
