About the Role

As a key member of our product leadership team, you'll be responsible for leading one of our most important initiatives from strategy to delivery. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product choices, set key performance indicators (KPIs), and deliver high-impact results. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute product strategies that align with findem's overall vision and goals
Lead cross-functional teams to drive product choices and deliver high-impact results
Set key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop innovative solutions
Analyze complex data and market trends to inform product decisions
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, engineers, and customers
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive product innovation

Requirements & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS or enterprise software company
Proven track record of leading successful product launches and driving business growth
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Action-oriented, results-driven, and customer-focused, with a passion for innovation and collaboration
