As an IT Manager at alltrails, you'll be responsible for leading the development of our IT environment, collaborating closely with the engineering team, and mentoring junior staff members. Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructures, including cloud services, on-premises systems, and network architectures.
Oversee the development of IT policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy.
Leverage your technical expertise to resolve complex IT issues and provide support to the engineering team and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that drive efficiency and innovation.
Mentor and coach junior staff members, providing guidance on technical skills and professional development.
Develop and manage IT budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation to meet business objectives.

Requirements & Qualifications

7+ years of experience in IT management, with a strong technical background in infrastructure, security, and software development.
Proven track record of successfully implementing large-scale IT projects and driving organizational change.
Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and geographies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
