Join our dynamic team as an Enterprise Account Manager, where you'll be responsible for driving sales growth and building long-term relationships with Japan's top enterprises. As a key player in our sales team, you'll develop and execute strategies to identify and close new business opportunities, while fostering strong partnerships with our clients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and close new business opportunities with Japan's top enterprises
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their IT and security challenges and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including pre-sales, sales operations, and marketing teams, to create compelling proposals and pitches
  • Set and achieve sales targets (Quota) for assigned accounts, developing and executing action plans to drive revenue growth
  • Manage sales pipelines and forecast sales opportunities, providing regular reports and updates
  • Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities, nurturing long-term relationships with clients
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, informing sales strategies and approaches

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in enterprise software or cybersecurity, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong understanding of IT and security challenges facing Japan's top enterprises, with ability to develop tailored solutions
  • Exceptional sales and communication skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, with a customer-centric approach
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex sales data and inform sales strategies
  • Fluent Japanese language skills (written and spoken), with English proficiency a plus
