Key Responsibilities

Lead engineering efforts in India with a clear focus on delivering strategic outcomes and driving business growth.
Develop and execute high-impact projects that enhance our core platform capabilities, improve customer experience, and increase revenue.
Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with our engineering hubs in Warsaw, San Francisco, and Boston to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Develop and manage engineering teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to ensure team members are empowered to succeed.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technology to inform our engineering strategy and drive innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success, to drive business growth and achieve shared goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree or Ph.D. preferred.
Min. 10 years of experience in engineering leadership roles, with at least 3 years in a similar capacity at a technology company.
Proven track record of delivering strategic outcomes, driving business growth, and leading high-performing engineering teams.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong technical skills, with in-depth knowledge of software engineering principles, cloud computing, and data science.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
