Key Responsibilities

Lead and grow a team of passionate engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Develop and execute engineering plans to meet business objectives, delivering high-quality products and solutions that exceed customer expectations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product leadership and engineering teams to align on strategic direction and execute on roadmap deliverables.
Manage and motivate a team of software engineers to achieve sustained high velocity, predictability, and quality in their work.
Provide mentorship and guidance to engineers to develop their technical skills and soft skills, ensuring they have the necessary tools to succeed in their roles.
Maintain a deep understanding of the Data Engineering space, identifying emerging technologies and trends that can benefit our organization.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, leading to the implementation of processes and practices that enhance our engineering capabilities and efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, preferably in a Data Engineering or related field.
Proven track record of successfully building and leading high-performing engineering teams, driving growth and innovation.
Strong technical skills, with experience in data engineering, software development, and cloud-based platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, engineers, and leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices, with a strong focus on quality and delivery.
