About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team dedicated to building and evolving foundational capabilities that enable engineers across lattice to deliver high-quality products efficiently, reliably, and at scale.

Lead a team responsible for building and evolving foundational capabilities that enable engineers across lattice to deliver high-quality products efficiently, reliably, and at scale.
Partner closely with engineers, product leaders, and stakeholders throughout the organization to improve engineering effectiveness, strengthen operational excellence, and support long-term platform investments.
Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and product innovation while maintaining a culture of ownership, accountability, and customer-centric thinking.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure lattice's platform remains competitive and innovative.
Work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements & Qualifications

8+ years of experience in software engineering or engineering management, with a proven track record of leadership and team growth.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong technical expertise in software development and engineering principles, with experience working with cloud-based platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and drive business growth through strategic decision-making.
Experience working in a remote environment and leading distributed teams is a plus.
