Emerging Enterprise Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at amplitude. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in landing and expanding customers, leveraging your exceptional sales skills and industry knowledge to drive growth and revenue. Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a territory of emerging enterprise customers, focusing on sourcing opportunities and driving evaluations from early stages to close.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain complex customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, customer success, and marketing, to drive sales growth and product adoption.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and product developments to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform sales decisions and optimize sales performance.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience selling to companies of 500 employees and above.
  • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated with this space.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, sales).
  • Strong knowledge of the product sales process, with experience using a CRM to manage sales activities.
