About the Role
Lattice is seeking a visionary leader to drive revenue excellence and propel our sales team to new heights. As Director, Revenue Excellence, you will own the design and evolution of our go-to-market system, connecting strategy to execution and building a more connected, repeatable system that drives a stronger pipeline. This is a builder role, where you will not only define strategy but also build, operationalize, and drive adoption of the system.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and operationalize a signal-driven pipeline generation system, prioritizing account targeting, messaging, and play orchestration.
- Develop Revenue Enablement as a performance system that drives behavior change and measurable revenue outcomes.
- Identify and implement high-impact AI use cases across prospecting, deal inspection, manager coaching, and workflow automation.
- Build and operationalize GTM systems, including workflows, plays, and pilots, not just strategy.
- Improve consistency, productivity, and execution across the field without owning day-to-day sales execution.
- Collaborate closely with RevOps and Marketing to connect strategy to execution.
- Drive adoption and leverage across the business.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 8+ years of sales operations or revenue enablement experience.
- Proven track record of building and operating scalable, repeatable sales systems.
- Deep understanding of AI and its applications in sales and revenue operations.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Prior experience in a leadership or director-level role.
