About the Role
This is a high-impact, Player-Coach role that requires strong leadership skills, commercial acumen, and a strategic mindset. As the Director of Partner Development for EMEA, you'll lead a small team of Partner Development Specialists while personally owning key partnerships across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional partner strategy that drives revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals with strategic partners, leveraging your commercial and technical expertise.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives across partner organizations.
- Lead a small team of Partner Development Specialists, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform your partnership strategy.
- Prioritize and manage multiple stakeholder relationships, including sales, marketing, and engineering teams.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and issue resolution.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in partner development, business development, or sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- Excellent commercial and technical acumen, with a strong understanding of cloud computing and edge technology.
- Proven leadership skills, including team management, coaching, and performance evaluation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior executives.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and create actionable insights.
