Director of Field Enablement
About the Role:
We're seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our global field enablement strategy, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As the Director of Field Enablement, Global, you'll lead a team of high-performing Enablement Business Partners, developing and executing enablement programs that propel our global teams to success. Your expertise in shaping GTM priorities and driving measurable business outcomes will be instrumental in our continued expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of a comprehensive Field Readiness strategy aligned with GTM priorities and measurable business outcomes.
- Direct a global team of Enablement Business Partners, providing coaching, guidance, and mentorship to drive enablement excellence.
- Design and implement enablement programs that elevate Sales, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success performance, resulting in increased revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with GTM and Revenue Operations leadership to ensure seamless alignment and drive business growth.
- Measure, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of enablement programs, identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategic adjustments.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and developing high-performing teams.
- Deep understanding of GTM priorities, enablement strategy, and Revenue Operations principles.
- Proven ability to design and execute enablement programs that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and mentor a global team of Enablement Business Partners.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience in communicating complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Possesses a strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive strategic decisions.
