Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale global deal strategy function to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and cross-functional teams to optimize pricing, discounting, and contract terms.
- Develop and execute a strategic pricing framework to ensure deal velocity and maximize revenue.
- Partner with Sales Operations to identify and address sales productivity gaps, ensuring scalable deal formation.
- Analyze data and market trends to inform deal strategy and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Sales teams, Finance, and external partners.
- Ensure deals are structured, approved, and executed with accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in a deal strategy, sales operations, or financial leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability through strategic pricing and deal structuring.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience analyzing data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Experience working in a high-growth technology environment, with a passion for innovative deal strategies.
