Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality design assets for brand touchpoints, including web, campaigns, social media, events, and print.
- Execute creative across various formats and asset types, working from briefs, established design systems, and creative direction.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and web partners to deliver cohesive, on-brand creative.
- Contribute to web-forward creative execution across digital surfaces and campaigns, demonstrating fluency in how design systems translate to the web.
- Incorporate AI tools into your creative workflow to accelerate production, explore options, and push the work further.
- Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables, ensuring work aligns with Abnormal Security's visual identity standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively and communicating proactively on timelines and capacity.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Familiarity with AI tools and their potential applications in design (bonus points for experience).
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
