Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the firmographic data foundation that powers Findem's platform, ensuring accuracy, comprehensiveness, and structural soundness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain data products, including data pipelines, data warehouses, and data visualization tools.
- Develop and maintain relationships with data providers and external stakeholders to source high-quality data and resolve data quality issues.
- Design and implement data processing workflows, data validation rules, and data quality metrics to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Work closely with product stakeholders to understand customer needs and identify opportunities to enhance firmographic data capabilities.
- Drive data-driven decision-making and measure the impact of data-related initiatives on business outcomes.
- Analyze data performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data optimization strategies to enhance data quality and efficiency.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in data product management, with a strong track record of driving business outcomes through data-driven decision-making.
- Proven expertise in data management, including data governance, data quality, and data security.
- Experience working with large datasets, data lakes, and data warehouses, ideally with cloud-based data storage solutions (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong understanding of data processing workflows, data validation rules, and data quality metrics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, with a strong foundation in data management and analytics.
