We're looking for a talented and forward-thinking Data Analyst to lead our Delivery Operations team, focusing on high-impact areas such as delivery quality, dispatch optimization, and fee strategy. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reporting infrastructure to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Run experiments and analyze results to inform business decisions.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve delivery operations.
• Partner cross-functionally with teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Design and develop dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Communicate complex insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on business analytics.
• Highly proficient in data modeling, data visualization, and data communication.
• Familiarity with SQL and querying languages (e.g., pandas, NumPy).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
