About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Engineer to join our global team. As a Customer Support Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support experiences to our customers, empowering them to get the most out of our experience intelligence platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional technical support to customers, addressing their queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, to gather feedback and improve the customer experience.
  • Analyze customer feedback and technical issues to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and other resources to support customer support operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with product releases, updates, and features to effectively communicate with customers and provide expert support.
  • Participate in training and onboarding programs to enhance knowledge and skills in experience intelligence, customer support, and technical problem-solving.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in customer support, technical support, or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of experience intelligence, customer journey analysis, and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with customers, colleagues, and senior management.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer support, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
