Join our team as a Customer Data Scientist and help top companies build better products through data-driven insights. You'll work closely with our experts to design, implement, and analyze experiments that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute customer-facing technical projects to optimize user experiences and increase business value
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that reveal actionable insights from customer data
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, to define and implement experiment design and analysis
- Cultivate expertise in experimentation best practices and stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements
- Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders through compelling storytelling and presentations
- Develop and maintain metrics and KPIs that align with business objectives and drive continuous improvement
Requirements & Qualifications
- PhD or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a data science or analytics role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
- Proven track record of delivering data-driven insights and recommendations that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Strong understanding of statistical methods, data modeling, and machine learning algorithms
- Expertise in data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
