Key Responsibilities

Design and execute customer-facing technical projects to optimize user experiences and increase business value
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that reveal actionable insights from customer data
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, to define and implement experiment design and analysis
Cultivate expertise in experimentation best practices and stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements
Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders through compelling storytelling and presentations
Develop and maintain metrics and KPIs that align with business objectives and drive continuous improvement

Requirements & Qualifications

PhD or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
3+ years of experience in a data science or analytics role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
Proven track record of delivering data-driven insights and recommendations that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
Strong understanding of statistical methods, data modeling, and machine learning algorithms
Expertise in data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
