Customer Account Manager, SMB

We're seeking a talented Customer Account Manager to join our team at Lattice. You'll play a crucial role in transforming organizations through the successful implementation and optimization of our platform, while helping us expand our market presence and maintain our reputation for exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders across a diverse customer base.
- Deliver personalized, high-touch customer experiences that drive satisfaction, retention, and growth across your portfolio of accounts.
- Partner with customers to understand their business objectives and develop strategic plans to achieve them through Lattice.
- Identify and drive new business opportunities, ensuring customers receive maximum value from their investment in Lattice.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in Customer Care & Activation to support customer adoption and drive business outcomes.
- Develop and execute account plans to drive growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and competitor activity to continually improve customer outcomes.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a software or SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of building strong relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Demonstrated knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and innovative solutions for transforming work cultures and teams.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
