Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality technical support to internal stakeholders through various communication channels.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of IT support experience in software and hardware maintenance and troubleshooting.
Experience working in a global IT environment with varying system and application configurations.
Proficiency in IT service management methodologies (ITIL) and IT service management tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team member.
Strong communication and documentation skills, with a focus on written and verbal communication.
