Category Manager - Health & Wellness, Lifestyle at GoPuff

As a seasoned merchant with a passion for driving growth and innovation, you will own the strategic direction and operational management of our Health & Wellness and Lifestyle categories. With a data-driven approach and a knack for collaboration, you will partner with cross-functional teams to curate a best-in-class assortment that delights our customers. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute category strategies to drive business growth, profitability, and customer loyalty.
Assortment Management: Curate an optimized assortment across Health & Wellness and Lifestyle categories, balancing product selection, pricing, and inventory management.
Pricing and Promotion: Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform pricing and promotion strategies that drive sales and customer engagement.
Marketing and Partnerships: Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and partnerships that drive category growth and customer loyalty.
Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to inform category strategies and drive business growth.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with Supply Chain, Distributors, Suppliers, Legal, and Digital Merchandising teams to ensure seamless execution of category strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience: Proven track record of owning a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) category in a fast-paced retail or e-commerce environment.
Category Expertise: Strong knowledge of Health & Wellness and Lifestyle categories, including market trends, customer behavior, and product developments.
Analytical Skills: Data analysis and problem-solving skills to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams to achieve category goals and drive business growth.
Communication and Presentation: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present category strategies, results, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Leadership and Mentoring: Ability to lead and mentor junior team members to drive category growth and development.
