Business Systems Analyst Opportunity at Fastly

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support for billing and invoicing systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial processes.
Work closely with Billing Operations, Finance, and Business Systems teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
Analyze data, troubleshoot business issues, and develop solutions to optimize O2C operations and drive business results.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to support business decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement system enhancements and projects within the O2C ecosystem.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in business systems and finance operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in business systems analysis, finance operations, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify business issues and develop effective solutions.
Proven experience working with data querying and reporting tools, such as SQL, Excel, or business intelligence platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with billing, invoicing, and contracts management systems.
