About the Role

As a Benefits Enrollment Specialist, you'll serve as a critical link between our customers and their health insurance carriers, working across various platforms to ensure accurate and timely completion of forms and details. Key Responsibilities:

Partner with Onboarding Advocates to ensure seamless delivery of health insurance coverage for employees
Work closely with health insurance carriers and internal teams to resolve enrollment discrepancies and issues
Utilize AI tools to streamline and optimize enrollment processes
Develop strong relationships with customers to provide exceptional service and support
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and compliance guidelines
Evaluate and improve internal processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to provide expert guidance and support

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources, or Finance)
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in benefits administration, human resources, or a related field
Proven track record of building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
