Key Responsibilities

Lead a cross-functional team of engineers to design, build, and deploy scalable software solutions.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and technical visions.
Develop and implement technical strategies to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Mentor and grow engineering team members, focusing on skill development and career progression.
Work closely with other engineering managers to align technical direction and prioritize efforts.
Manage and prioritize technical projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Develop and maintain technical roadmaps to drive innovation and future-proof our products.

Requirements & Qualifications

8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
Proven track record of building and leading high-performing engineering teams.
Excellent technical skills, with experience in programming languages like Java, Python, or C++.
Strong technical vision, with ability to drive technical strategy and direction.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required.
Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
