Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class support to customers through various channels, consistently exceeding their expectations.
  • Proactively address complex customer inquiries, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Gusto's benefits products, staying up-to-date on updates and regulatory changes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring seamless follow-up and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing customer experiences.
  • Engage in internal training and professional development to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in financial services, HR, or benefits industries.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and approach complex issues.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with experience handling sensitive or high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with benefits administration software and regulatory requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
