Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales and revenue growth through effective inventory control and excellent customer service.
Motivate and lead a high-performing team to achieve store goals and objectives.
Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
Provide expert product knowledge to customers, offering informed recommendations and solutions.
Evaluate store performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve customer experience and drive sales growth.
Collaborate with corporate, vendors, and the buying team to optimize inventory and drive sales growth.
Recruit, hire, train, and develop employees to achieve business objectives.

Requirements & Qualifications:

2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations and provide solutions.
Highest level of professionalism, integrity, and ethics, with a commitment to adhering to company policies and procedures.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
