Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in assigned territories
- Lead and manage a team of experienced sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching to improve sales skills and results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, customer success, and engineering, to identify new sales opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Develop and maintain deep relationships with key decision-makers at large enterprise accounts and partners
- Manage and analyze sales data to inform sales strategies and optimize team performance
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to shape the sales strategy
- Participate in sales planning, forecasting, and analysis to drive business growth and revenue
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of sales experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of sales success, with a strong record of revenue growth and team leadership
- Experience in cloud-based sales, identity management, or cybersecurity a plus
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coach and develop sales talent
- Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and ability to drive revenue growth
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and drive insights
