About the Role
We are seeking an experienced AI Product Engineer to build cutting-edge agentic capabilities on top of our petabyte-scale observability platform, ClickStack. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative solutions that improve the developer experience and make incident investigation more efficient.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop agents that investigate incidents, surface anomalies, and provide concise summaries to on-call engineers.
- Develop skills and knowledge graphs to enable agents to propose root causes and take actions based on their findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate agent capabilities with the ClickStack platform.
- Develop and maintain high-quality documentation for agent capabilities and their usage.
- Conduct experiments and A/B testing to optimize agent performance and improve user experience.
- Participate in design reviews and code reviews to ensure that agent solutions meet the company's standards and best practices.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI, machine learning, or natural language processing.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++. Experience with cloud-based technologies like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in a team environment.
- Passionate about learning and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and Observability.
