AI Product Engineer - ClickStack

Key Responsibilities:

As an AI Product Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in:

• Building sophisticated agents that investigate incidents, identifying root causes and providing actionable insights to on-call engineers.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement custom skills and workflows that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
• Developing and maintaining a robust petabyte-scale observability platform that can handle complex, distributed systems.
• Designing and implementing developer-focussed APIs and tooling to optimize the user experience.
• Participating in technical research and development to expand the capabilities of our AI-powered observability platform.
• Working closely with our engineering and product teams to identify and prioritize new feature development.

Requirements & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A strong background in machine learning, data science, or a related field, with experience working with AI and observability platforms.
• Excellent programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++, with a focus on scalability and performance.
• Experience with containerization and deployment using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and big data processing.
• Familiarity with developer-facing platforms and APIs, with experience designing and implementing APIs for other teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
