AI Product Engineer - ClickStack

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop autonomous agents that investigate incidents and provide actionable insights to our customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key areas for AI-driven improvement and implement solutions that drive business value.
Develop algorithms and models that improve the accuracy and efficiency of our AI-driven decision-making capabilities.

Participate in the testing and validation of AI components to ensure they meet our high standards for accuracy and reliability.

Requirements & Qualifications

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
At least 3+ years of experience in AI engineering, preferably with a focus on developer experience.
Proven experience with developing autonomous agents, skills, and MCP servers.
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data modeling, and statistical analysis.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
Experience with languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
