As an AI Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing cutting-edge AI-powered platforms that drive Airbnb's customer service experience. You will join a team of passionate individuals who strive to make a difference in the lives of our hosts and guests. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop AI-powered platforms that support customer service operations.
- Develop and maintain scalable AI models for natural language processing, machine learning, and other related technologies.
- Ensure the integration of AI-powered platforms with existing systems, such as our customer service ticketing system.
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines to support AI model development and validation.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions to improve customer service efficiency and quality.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues related to AI-powered platforms.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields, or Master's degree with significant relevant work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in AI development, including experience with deep learning and natural language processing.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++, as well as experience with relevant AI frameworks and libraries.
- Experience with cloud-based services, such as AWS or Google Cloud, and containerization technologies, such as Docker.
- Excellence in communication and collaboration skills, with previous experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git.
