AI Engineer Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our Enterprise AI team in Warsaw. As a key member of this agile group, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing scalable AI workflows that empower Asana's internal functions. Your innovative ideas and expertise will drive the development of intelligent automations that directly enhance our critical business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Architect the AI integration layer, connecting foundational large language models (LLMs) to our core GTM stack to automate high-value business logic.
Design prompting strategies, orchestration logic, and tool integrations that enable AI systems to retrieve data, reason over context, and take action across internal systems.
Build AI data infrastructure, including retrieval pipelines and RAG systems, to ensure AI outputs are grounded in accurate product documentation and customer insights.
Design and deploy intuitive AI interfaces - ranging from Slack apps to Chrome extensions - to bring AI directly into existing user workflows.
Lead the transition from proof-of-concept to production, rapidly prototyping AI solutions that meet the needs of our business and engineering teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain tight feedback loops with our users and ensure our AI-powered solutions directly enhance critical GTM processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in AI engineering, with a strong focus on large-scale systems and architecture.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java, with experience in cloud-based platforms like AWS or GCP.
Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and large language models (LLMs).
Experience with data infrastructure and retrieval pipelines, including RAG systems.
Familiarity with design and development of intuitive AI interfaces, including UI/UX design principles.
