As an Acquisition Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our professional supply base in one of Europe's most important travel markets. With a focus on Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, you will be at the forefront of growing our network of Hosts and Partners, driving business growth and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire high-quality professional inventory across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
Proactively source and build relationships with potential Hosts and Partners to on-board them onto the platform
Collaborate with internal teams to provide best-in-class Host support and drive retention
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform acquisition strategies and optimize performance
Work closely with the Field Operations Manager to drive business growth and market expansion
Build and maintain a deep understanding of the local market, including regulatory requirements and industry developments

Requirements & Qualifications

3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, with a proven track record of success
Extensive knowledge of the travel and hospitality industry, with a focus on the DACH market
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
Proven ability to work independently, with a high degree of autonomy and self-motivation
Proficiency in English, with German language skills highly desirable
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with data and metrics to inform business decisions
