Acquisition Manager

About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic Acquisition Manager to join our Homes team in Milan, Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving supply acquisition and market success in Italy, collaborating with multiple teams, and building strategic relationships with partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive supply acquisition strategy to attract high-quality inventory and drive market presence in Italy.
• Collaborate with the Homes EMEA team to onboard new inventory, ensure seamless integration, and deliver commercial viability.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with existing and new partners, driving growth and expansion opportunities.
• Work closely with the Field Operations Manager to identify and capitalize on market trends and opportunities.
• Conduct regular market analysis to stay up-to-date on competitor activity and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and manage relationships with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze performance metrics to inform supply acquisition and market growth strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in supply acquisition, sales, or business development within the hospitality or travel industry.
• Proven track record of success in driving growth and expanding networks within a market.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong market knowledge and understanding of the Italian travel landscape.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, hospitality, or marketing.
• Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written).
