We're seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our Homes EMEA team in Paris, France. As an Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with hosts, partners, and suppliers to drive growth and success in the French market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive acquisition strategy to drive growth in France and strengthen Airbnb's market presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with host and partner communities to increase supply, improve quality, and enhance the overall host experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address market trends, opportunities, and challenges in France.
Develop and implement scalable, localized strategies to onboard and supply high-quality inventory while driving market success.
Act as the local in-market expert and work closely with the Field Operations Manager to drive regional supply acquisition goals.
Monitor and analyze market performance, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements & Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a focus on supply acquisition and market growth.
Strong knowledge of the French market and understanding of local host and partner needs.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hosts, partners, and stakeholders.
Proven track record of driving growth and success in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent French language skills, with excellent writing, reading, and communication abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
