Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end month-end and quarter-end close processes across global entities, ensuring timely, accurate general ledger reporting and consolidated financial statements.
Lead global intercompany operations including billing, cash settlements, transfer pricing execution, foreign exchange gain/loss analysis, and elimination entries.
Partner with stakeholders to drive process improvements and implement scalable solutions to meet business needs.
Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to global teams on accounting standards, financial regulations, and accounting software.
Analyze complex financial data and identify trends to drive business decisions.

Requirements & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a global or multinational organization.
Proven expertise in accounting systems, policies, and procedures, including GAAP and IFRS.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex financial data.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
