Key Responsibilities

Own accounting close activities for FCM and Broker-Dealer entities, including preparation of journal entries and financial statements.
Develop and implement financial and accounting processes to support new product launches and business growth.
Ensure regulatory compliance across Futures Commission Merchant and Broker-Dealer entities.
Collaborate closely with leaders across product, engineering, operations, and legal teams to drive business growth.
Analyze and resolve complex accounting issues to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes, providing recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements and Qualifications

5+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on financial markets and regulatory compliance.
CPA or equivalent professional certification.
Strong knowledge of GAAP, FASB, and SEC regulations.
Experience with financial systems and accounting software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
