Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs, goals, and challenges to deliver tailored talent solutions.
- Manage a portfolio of growing accounts, serving as a dedicated advisor and key driver of client success.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities for expansion across different departments and project types.
- Collaborate with Toptal's functional teams to execute account strategies, ensuring an exceptional experience and consistent revenue growth.

- Maintain a pulse on emerging business trends, best practices, and innovative solutions to stay ahead of the curve.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in an account management or business development role, preferably in the tech industry.
- Proven track record of driving growth, building strong relationships, and expanding client portfolios.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and consultation skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into actionable insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong technical aptitude, with experience using collaboration tools, CRM software, and data analytics platforms.
