Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs, goals, and challenges to deliver tailored talent solutions.
  • Manage a portfolio of growing accounts, serving as a dedicated advisor and key driver of client success.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for expansion across different departments and project types.
  • Collaborate with Toptal's functional teams to execute account strategies, ensuring an exceptional experience and consistent revenue growth.
  • Leverage your consultative approach to drive mutual value through consistent engagement and expert advice.
  • Maintain a pulse on emerging business trends, best practices, and innovative solutions to stay ahead of the curve.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in an account management or business development role, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Proven track record of driving growth, building strong relationships, and expanding client portfolios.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and consultation skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into actionable insights.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong technical aptitude, with experience using collaboration tools, CRM software, and data analytics platforms.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to navigate ambiguity, think critically, and make informed decisions.
