We're seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead our DACH customer base and drive long-term success. As a vital member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, identifying new revenue opportunities, and fostering a deep understanding of our product capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customized growth strategies for your customer base, focusing on adoption, retention, and revenue expansion.
- Collaborate closely with customers to understand their specific needs and challenges, and provide actionable insights to drive business outcomes.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Mixpanel's product capabilities and stay up-to-date with the latest features and functionalities.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, such as Sales and Customer Success teams, to ensure seamless customer onboarding and continued support.
- Regularly review customer performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize growth and revenue.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing training and support to customers to maximize their use of Mixpanel.
- Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for process improvement within the Account Management team.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS or software industry.
- Proven track record of success in account management, with a focus on growth, retention, and revenue expansion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for growth.
- Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce, and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of the digital analytics landscape.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
