As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining and growing customer relationships, driving product adoption, and identifying strategic expansion opportunities. Key Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of existing customers to ensure adoption, value realization, and growth.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and drive product adoption.
  • Manage renewals and identify strategic expansion opportunities that deliver measurable business value.
  • Develop and maintain deep relationships with customers, understanding their business objectives and challenges.
  • Analyze customer data and insights to identify opportunities for growth and value realization.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive customer success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that customers are optimized for success.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • A proven track record of success in sales or account management, particularly with SaaS products.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience in pricing, negotiation, and deal-making.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with data-driven customer management, including analytics and reporting.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven insights and automation tools, with a passion for leveraging technology to drive customer success.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management.
