PagerDuty, a leading provider of Digital Operations Management, is seeking a high-performing Account Executive to drive growth and expansion within an established customer portfolio. As an Account Executive, you will partner with C-level executives to deliver measurable outcomes through Operations Cloud conversions and multi-product adoption. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the customer's journey, close high-value deals, and accelerate PagerDuty's growth in the enterprise market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and grow a defined set of enterprise accounts by driving upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase customer adoption and revenue growth.
  • Partner with C-level executives and key stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes through Operations Cloud conversions and multi-product adoption.
  • Utilize consultative enterprise selling skills to identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing customer accounts.
  • Drive account penetration and expansion through strategic alignment and communication with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with the sales organization to develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify, develop, and prioritize key account opportunities and account plans.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • minimum 4 years of sales experience, preferably in the software or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and expansion within established customer accounts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with salesforce.com or similar CRM software.
