Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive full-cycle sales by identifying and engaging high-potential prospects, re-engaging dormant clients, and generating new opportunities through strategic outreach.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to identify opportunities, present Toptal's value proposition, and secure new business.
  • Effectively manage the sales funnel, from lead generation to close, to maximize revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term growth and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Determine and execute personalized sales approaches that align with each client's unique needs and goals.
  • Continuously track and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize sales processes and drive results.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of successfully driving sales growth in a similar role, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and ability to effectively utilize sales tools and technology.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a remote setting, with high self-motivation and discipline.
  • Authorization to work in the US at the time of hire, with strong English language proficiency.
