Our Startups org is dedicated to helping founders navigate the AI-native development landscape with confidence.

We partner with startups at critical moments where technical, commercial, and strategic support matters most.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and close new business opportunities with startup founders and growth teams
  • Become a trusted advisor to startup clients, providing strategic guidance on AI-native development
  • Pipeline and sales performance metrics tracking and management
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Growth, Product) to ensure seamless solutions delivery
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors in the AI-native development space
  • Collaborate with account managers and other sales resources to achieve sales targets

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development in a SaaS or fintech environment
  • Demonstrated experience working with startup founders and growth teams
  • Strong technical acumen and understanding of AI-native development concepts
  • Proven track record of quota achievement in sales, driving business growth, and building strong client relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration)
