Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies for new customer acquisition and growth, focusing on small to medium prospective customers and expansion within existing accounts.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor landscapes to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Manage the sales process from cradle-to-grave, including prospecting, relationship development, running sales cycles, pricing presentation and delivery, negotiations, and closing.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers and key partners to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with Okta's evolving technology and differentiators to effectively position our solutions and achieve desired business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with account teams, sales engineers, and other internal stakeholders to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a software or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business in a designated territory.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
