Key Responsibilities
- Lead relationships with large Communications platform customers who consume Twilio's messaging, voice, and email services.
- Directly responsible for protecting and growing Twilio's business with existing customers.
- Develop strategic plans to increase revenue and expand customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to gauge satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience in the technology or telecommunications industry, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze customer data and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A strong understanding of the Communications platform industry and its key trends and drivers.
