We're seeking an ambitious and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team at Netlify. This is a critical moment in our company's evolution, and we need someone who can drive revenue growth and capitalize on the massive demand for our AI-powered software development platform. As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for navigating complex sales cycles, building relationships with technical buyers, and helping customers understand the value of our innovative platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning a full sales cycle from prospecting to close, consistently generating pipeline through outbound efforts, product-led growth signals, and partnership opportunities.
  • Driving new business and expansion opportunities across mid-market and enterprise accounts in North America.
  • Building relationships with developers, engineering leaders, digital teams, and business stakeholders to navigate developer-focused sales cycles.
  • Partnering closely with Solution Architects, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to drive technical validation and long-term account growth.
  • Helping customers understand modern composable architectures, AI-native development workflows, and Netlify's differentiated platform approach.
  • Leveraging product usage data, AI trends, and customer signals to prioritize opportunities and create urgency.
  • Identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities within the existing customer base.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • A proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in the tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of software development, AI, and cloud computing.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales leadership or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
