Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of support and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with our sales team to develop and refine sales processes and strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments, applying this knowledge to drive sales and customer growth.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and performance metrics.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of achievement and growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • A deep understanding of sales processes, techniques, and industry trends.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in sales, marketing, or a related field.
